Lincoln is a Minneapolis organizer, consultant, and community leader whose passion and purpose is liberation and prosperity for all. As a founding member, she led the Bridgemakers team from meetings as a volunteer coalition to a fully funded, full-time team of 7 working to bring purpose, prosperity, and power to Minnesota youth through education systems transformation.
Outside of Bridgemakers, Lincoln serves on the Governance Committee of the Youthprise board, builds youth power through community organizing trainings, and regularly lobbies on youth-facing issues at the Minnesota capitol. Lincoln began organizing at 14, inspired by a series of disempowering experiences at both traditional and nontraditional schools. Before graduating high school, Lincoln co-led a bipartisan legislative campaign that changed a discriminatory state law and granted high school students $35 million in pandemic aid, and a successful campaign that prevented a state-wide moratorium on charter schools.
