
Elijah Norris-Holliday
Elijah Norris-Holliday is an accomplished and dedicated individual who has significantly impacted the Twin Cities metro area. He is the founder and CEO of Project Restore Minnesota, providing crucial support to youth, young adults, and families in navigating the youth justice system. Elijah organization offers wrap-around support, mentorship, and advocacy services to system-impacted youth and families. Elijah is also a consultant for Ramsey County, serving as the Youth Justice Transformation Planning Manager. In this role, he advises and consults on policies, practices, and programs to transform the youth justice system. He has facilitated national conversations on youth justice transformation, participated in national site visits, and spoken on various panels about how the youth justice system can better serve the youth and their families.
Elijah holds a bachelors degree in public administration and political science and a master’s degree in public administration specializing in public budgeting and finance. Most importantly, he is a proud father to Elijah Malik Norris-Holliday Jr., who has only strengthened his commitment to improving the lives of the youth and families he
serves.
In his free time, Elijah enjoys spending time with his son, working out, watching sports, golfing, and spending time with his family.
