Adrienne Kuchler Eldridge
Adrienne (she/her) has spent her professional career mentoring young people, developing organizational systems, and leading in ways that connect people. During college she earned a bachelor’s degree in Youth & Family Ministry and Sociology from Augsburg College. Eventually, she returned to graduate school to get a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University. Altogether she has worked in a variety of jobs. They include: youth minister, office manager, booking agent, assistant camp director, a public charter high school administrator, grants manager, and college leadership instructor. In all these contexts, Adrienne has found herself working alongside young people to advocate for equity in youth serving spaces and impact systems from the inside out.
She has become more dedicated to life/work balance the longer she is employed. It is important to her to support a holistic well-being for herself, her family, and her co-workers. While not originally from MN, Adrienne has lived in the North End and Payne/Phalen neighborhoods of St. Paul for most of her adult life. She lives with her partner who is a musician and middle school educator, a lego loving and book reading high schooler, and an energetic dog who loves the outdoors. When they are not working you can often find them retreating to the woods of Minnesota and Wisconsin for camping, hiking, and stories by the campfire.
At Bridgemakers, Adrienne is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational and operational effectiveness across departments.
