April brings 25 years of experience with nonprofit leadership, youth development and mentoring to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Bolder Options, which has provided wellness-based mentoring for predominantly Black, Latino and low-income middle school youth since 1993. As COO, April provides strategic leadership, operations oversight and other day-to-day support to the two Bolder Options locations (Minneapolis and Rochester). She previously served as an executive at the Greater Twin Cities Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity and the Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota.
